Yep, that's a big one alright.
Is your measurement just the blade or overall length?
I agree that the ricikan are fairly well executed, but i am inclined to think that this keris wasn't meant for any traditional "use", although i suppose it might have some ceremonial purpose. I usually hesitate to use the word "tourist" in regards to keris. In this case i am inclined to say that it may have been made with the collector market in mind as opposed to an ethnographic one.
