for what I can see on these pictures its an original !
Please thake some sanding paper and scrub the inside on several flat surfaces and post these pictures here , I think you will be surprized.

Thanks Ulfberth for your answer! I have used some scotch brite instead. Not sure what to look for but here are some pictures.

still did not use sandpaper did yah , well now you cleaned away the evidence.
If you had used sand paper only the surface would be cleaned and the black would be way better visible showing hammer strokes.

Actually I did use sandpaper. I'm afraid there are no hammer strokes. Or I rubbed it to hard...
