This is a smaller piece, nevertheless genuine.

It's a dagger from Ruanda, probably Tutsi. The sheath and handle are of wood. At first, I though something was missing as the two-piece sheath had only some rattan binding at the bottom. But there's no sign of any other binding missing. There's a perfect fit.
Peculiar about this dagger is the shape of the blade. It looks like someone took perhaps a spear blade and fitted it onto a handle.

Total length : 26,5 cm
