Sure!
I think this is the right way to hold it for use. An old girlfriend who competed in martial arts/weapons in China years ago held it like this, but I'm sure it could be wielded in several different ways if necessary, depending on the use. |

Yes, a Chinese friend who was second in her age/weight class in the nation (China) in Wushu weapons drill liked it a lot.
