Please help put an end to this mystery for me. What is it?, what can it be called and where is it from? African, cambodian?

Manding work, but again these odd cylindrical rondel hilts I believe are from further west in the coastal West African regions. It is always interesting to see the cross diffusion of forms following these prevalent trade routes that went into Saharan regions.
