Default North African Camel Breast Harness

Hello.
I picked this item up a few years back, but now I'm trying to concentrate more on South Pacific art and weaponry, so I've decided to let it go. The total length of the strap as a loop is about 75". From the top of the loop to the bottom of the tassles is 49". The piece is in a permanent loop position which appears correct. The harness is fairly heavy leather and brass, and has age to it. I'm not sure if it's Taureg, but it appears to me to be North African. I'm looking for Pacific Island Clubs or artifacts, or a reasonable offer is fine as well.

Thanks,
Joe
