Default pole arms identification

these have been donated to a museum i work with and there is no other information other than they were brought from the UK to Australia in the early 1970s. unfortunately i only have these photos to go on. The hammer/poleaxe looks quite industrial to my eye and may be on a new haft. The "halberd" for want of a better term has been cut down and has langetts running the full length of what remains of the haft. any information would be appreciated
