Default Sri Lankan Patisthanaya

Hi All,

I've been a long term viewer and gained so much knowledge via this forum.

I came across an item recently and couldn't find any information about it.
I would like to know more about this item and it's origin and authenticity.

Any input highly appriciated.

Thanks
D
