Thumbs up unknown dagger

this dagger is 68 cm long, blade width 5 cm and handle / grip made from horn.
It looks to me pre 1900 , perhaps Ottoman, but could well be also from elsewere

Your thoughts please...

Thank you, but my knowledge for this type of knives /daggers is very limited.
My area is the Balkans ( and a little on Dutch klewangs...)
