Question Small dha ?

Just received this small knife. Could this one be called a dha ?

The knife has a strong curve. I believe the handle is made out of bone. No sheath.

Total length : 23 cm.
The handle measures 10 cm (with ferrule).

Any comments ?

I was told that it came from Burma. Could this be correct ?
