In reality, this is a modern made Uzbeki knife Pichok ( think Bichaq), likely from Chust.

But deep down, I feel flattered: 7 inches just for a baby!

Agreed! Looks very much like my Pichok from Uzbekistan (i.e. Bichaq = Turkish)
