First Westerner to the Philippines?

Bill Member Join Date: Feb 2005 Location: Chicago area Posts: 327	Been to Cebu City, but by land, crossing from Negros. Tried to get there but the people I was with, had no interest. Have seen how long stretchs of sandy beach quickly turn to jagged rocks and back to sandy beachs, assume it has to do with ancient volcanos.
