Thoughts?
Hello. This caught my eye because it resembles (stylistically) some maces I've seen. Of course it is too small to be a sword breaker/mace. But nicely cast to my eye. And seems to show some use/wear/handling. Thoughts?

An attractive object, whatever its purpose. My wife thought "swagger stick" but it seems too short.

It is about the right size for a Yad, Jewish ritual pointer, or stylus, popularly known as a Torah pointer, used by the reader to follow the text during the Torah reading from the parchment Torah scrolls. But Yads usually terminate in hand with the index finger extended, so i am doubtful it is that. But it might serve a similar purpose for another culture.
