Thanks. They really are well done. Such fine pen strokes. I have a hard time imagining how you can draw like this and not make a mistake. I'm decent at drawing, but I rely on the eraser quite a bit. Anyway, here are some close ups because I noticed the last ones are a little small.

You can see it starts as pencil; is perfected - no doubt with much erasure use - then carefully inked over; still needs care and attention to detail... no coffee that day for sure.

Still would love any info if anyone happens to recognize them. Still very curious if they were intended to be illustrations for a book.
