Looks very much like a West African blade in some ways like the stiletto blades from the region to me. The guard is also like those on swords and daggers from the Nigerian/Cameroon borders. The scabbard in more confusing, however the rings on the throat look North African.

Possibly Algerian.
The tip of the blade is reminiscent of some Flyssas. Best wishes Richard |
