Antique buthanese dagger?

I'd be more likely to place this in the 1950s, early People's republic.
Likely Yunnan made for export to finance the state.

an older piece would probably have hairpin lamination. It would be worth etching this to see if it is made that way.

I'm with Gavin - the fullers appear to be made with some sort of rotating tool.
