Double Barrel Caucasian Miquelet Khirimi

I have now come across another example from a private collection in Sweden. Strange enough is a double barrel Khirimi, but this only uses one miquelet lock. I assume it touches off both barrels simultaneously?

If there are other known examples, I would love to know.
