Thanks, Corrado, for taking the time to post this magnificent thread! you just don't see such displays here in the states, with perhaps the Frazier arms Museum (KY) and the Cleveland Museum of Art rare exceptions.

Thank you for sharing these amazing photos. What an incredible selection of swords.
What surprises me is the gaudy decoration on some of these pieces, extreme to the point that they almost resemble the exaggerated swords from popular fiction! |

Very intersting is the existance of a brass copy of one of the swords shown in the exhibition that I ahve since a very long time in my private collection.
