The Arabic inscriptions are invocations of various Beautiful Names of God (traditionally held to be 99, though according to strict theology infinite in number), including
يا اله "O God!” يا رزاق "O Sustainer” يا سلام "O Peace!” etc. Can’t help you with the Indian language inscription I’m afraid! |

Pleasure! I suspect the inscription on the blade is in Kannada, but I’m far from sure

Hi RSWORD,
The first digit appears to be a Devnagiri 2 and the second digit may be a 5 (although the curlicue at the bottom is atypical. You can look up Devnagiri numerals on line and see what you think. Sincerely, RobT |
