F.G.A. Frontier Garrison Artillery - a 'Native' Regiment. (From a list of WW2 abbreviations I found) they had some connections to the Khyber Rifles. Google "King of the Khyber Rifles" or watch the movie at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y1FoWcwnbCU

Looking closer at the "41" - it may be really a "4 I", a unit designator. Maybe 4th Infantry (speculation)? not a mfg. date. So, it could be an M43...which is also in the MkII family.

Approx. M43 specs:

Overall: 43,5 cm (17 inches).
Blade: 33 cm (13 inches)
High Carbon Spring Steel.
Handle: (incl. bolster): 11,5 cm (4,5 inches) Rosewood.
HRC: 56-58.
Weight: 655 g (excl. scabbard)

Etc: Full-tang, sunken rivets, brass washer
