Sorry Carlos, but this is clearly a modern replica. It's very crudely casted (some were poorly casted, but not this bad)
Many of these were casted and then dumped in the sea so to be sold as shipwreck finds. Even with VOC markings! |

And again round holes are too crisp. Example: the truneon holes - look machine made recently.
And again, as Peter said, the casting is horrible and patina is missing in the crevices. They are still making these fakes in Indonesia and the Philippines, and thus being sold in shops as "antiques". I'm sorry for the bad news. I hope you didn't pay too much for it. ![]() Dumping in the ocean to fake shipwreck finds? - that's a new one for me and a new low for them. ![]() |
