I'd say Bosnia, perhaps from the town of Focha. Called a mali noz

Knifes from Foca has geaved a litel “f” on the blade. I didnt think anout Albania but maybe from there

Mali noz is translated as “ small knife”. And Foca is likely: smooth round coral.
I would guess end of 19- early to mid 20th century. It doesn’t seem to be dated,
so dating is mainly by condition and decor.
