Nothing like that was mentioned originally. Sounds like a broken promise to me.

I had no problem with the delivery of the book!!!
It was sent on 23/03/2019 from S.Petersburg and on 01/04/2019 I received it at my home in Denmark.Apparently stress comes more in some countries and agencies

Got it: you just do not want me under any circumstances to have English translation of your book. Why, is of course your decision and your problem. But that’s OK.
