Inspired by Gustav's splendid sikin, I found that I still have some pictures of a rencong scabbard with inscription.

I received the pictures of a fellow collector,
The entire weapon is a bit odd. the handle is not Original imo. |

Hi Willem,
The first sentence is legible enough to be translated. It reads : "Sarung sikin (?) Tengku Fishar" or "Sikin (?) sheath of Tengku Fishar (Fashar?)" I hope this helps. I could not make up the second sentence though. |
