I would say Kenyan also
I saw a lot of this style spear over there, with a lot of variance in the spear tip but always the same on spike end
very similar to the Massai Lion spear as commented on by Iain

scale in your second picture looks v v weird

Thanks Ken. Yes second pic is a bit weird but they are all sellers pics so best I have for now.
