Gentlemen,
Searching in dutch on HMP Dutch Army gives the result that HMP refers to the Dutch Indonesian Army het Nederlandsch-Indische Leger (H.M.P) - KNIL Voorschrift, DvO 11-5 ... Unfortunately i cann't figure out what HMP means. |
