I'm pretty sure that we all have that box setting in the corner filled with our mistakes. There is always that piece (the one in the poor photos) that we just have to take a chance on. Sometimes we win and get a diamond other times the box gets more crowded.

Fantastic ! I love the incorporation of the guard in traditional weapons that don't usually have them;is this because of European influence or is it a naturally occurring transition ?

European influence - over all the knuckle guard was never very popular throughout the archipelago...
