This is sad sad news indeed. Many will know that Michael was very unwell for some time and one did hope that with time he would return to us and once again give us the joy and benefit of his unique expertise. He gave of his time and vast knowledge freely and with good grace, a truly generous quality which I had the good fortune to personally experience a number of times. I will miss him.

in principle on the 6th August 11:00 o’clock, Michl’s urn will be buried in his Abensberg family grave.

Matchlock's funeral will take place in his hometown Abendsberg in a view minutes. May he rest in peace.

So very sorry to hear of Michael's passing.

A great man with a wealth of knowledge. He will be sadly missed!
