IT APPEARS TO BE A POT METAL WALL HANGER MADE FOR DECOR IT DOESN'T HAVE AN EDGE AS FAR AS I CAN SEE.
IT DOES BRING UP THE QUESTION ARE SUCH ITEMS ETHNOGRAPHIC? THEY ARE USUALLY EITHER REPLICAS OR FANTASY TYPE ITEMS MADE UP TO LOOK LIKE ANTIQUES OR SOMETHING FROM ANOTHER CULTURE, SO IN THAT REGARD ARE NOT ETHNOGRAPHIC. BUT ON THE OTHER HAND THEY WERE POPULAR ITEMS OF DECOR MADE IN EUROPE FOR EUROPEANS DOES THAT MAKE THEM ETHNOGRAPHIC DECOR.
