Default Betel Cutter

Hello All,

I recently picked up this Betel Nut cutter, I'm wondering if anyone could identify its origin. Is it Indian or South East Asian?

MY GUESS WOULD BE INDIA BUT ITS JUST A GUT FEELING GUESS. IT DOES LOOK LIKE ONE MADE AND USED LOCALLY NOT ONE MADE FANCY TO SELL TO TOURISTS. NICE ONE
