the lion and the sun emblem discussed HERE

it also has a link to iranian uniforms. repeated HERE

it is likely to be nasir al-din shah, who ruled 1831-96 (1st pic in red jacket is from 1850)


he seems to like to dress up many more images on google images HERE.

the watch is likely to be worth a small fortune if authenticated. (might be russian made)
