The #1 must reading IMHO is Ngaju Religion: The Conception of God Among a South Borneo People by Schärer.
Two other interesting books, both by Klokke, are Fishing, Hunting and Headhunting in the Former Culture of the Ngaju Dayak in Central Kalimantan and the quite newly published picture book Langs de rivieren van Midden-Kalimantan: Cultureel erfgoed van Ngaju en Ot Danum dayak. Happy reading! Michael |
