Hi Cerjak. What a great looking pistol!! It has the typical Algerian Toe-Lock, but in a smaller pistol size. This is the first Algerian pistol I've seen with this style of lock. Very nice. I am so jealous Wonderful! Thanks for sharing. Rick.

There is something very similar to the inlay to this axe. Not just style but also metal and workmanship. Try to ignore the thuluth. I might suggest much further south than Algeria.
