without scabbard, it's not very easy to be formal anyway, after
I have checked my impressions, by visiting my documentation
I think it might be more of the following;
JAMBIYA - PERSIA 18/19th century (hilt ? pic, not enough clear)with gold koftgari decoration at the base of the blade

JAMBIYA - PERSIA 18/19th century, hilt in walrus ivory, some clear mark of koftgari decoration at the base of the blade

KHANDJAR - INDIA 18/19th Century, (hilt ? pic, not enough clear, may be buffalo horn ?)
