Hello, Knowing absolutely nothing about this particular type of dagger I wish I had more to say other than the obvious, that these are beautiful weapons. I am sure that others on this forum with the knowledge that I lack about them can and will comment on them shortly. Thank you for sharing them with us.

Thanks for your interest! Simple daggers are all made in Chechnya (Atagi and Dargo) Silver daggers "dressed" in Georgia- only blades are chechenian

They look to be direct descendants of Roman gladii - has this similarity been addressed?
