Someone can help me for translate the inscriptions, I don't know if they are turkish or other language because I don't know the origines of its yatagan.Many thanks in advance for any assistance |

Hi,
This is an incomplete inscription. Either the maker's seal was struck on the inscription or the calligrapher was out of space ![]() The inscription on this yatağan is: Darbından bu bıçağın cümle İntikam alır aduvvdan sanki But the complete form of this inscription which I came across in different yatağans is: Darbından bu bıçağın cümle düşman tar ü mar İntikam alır aduvvdan sanki misli zülfikar Which can be roughly translated as: All the enemies are decimated (destroyed, scattered) from the blow of this knife It takes revenge from enemies as if it was Ali's (RA) sword zulfikar |
