Not a regular Thai style. The cut-off blade style is mostly used in Thailand as an Agri tool, rarely decorated.

Here 's a "catalog" in one of folk shop.


The long version of ferrule is the fitting used in lower northern Thailand (SuKhoThai province).

I am not sure if the knife is Thai but it 's possible to be Thai.
