I think it is very difficult to specifically ID this keris as coming from Jambi. At best we can say Melaka Straits region...more likely to the south...perhaps Jambi, perhaps Siak or Riau...perhaps even Palembang. Too little is known yet to be more specific than that.

But I can be specific about one thing...it is an extraordinary keris! I'm jealous...congrats!!
