Default Ashokan Sword Seminar 2005

Hi Guys

Just came back from Sword 2005 and I must say I had a great time! Lots of lovely old swords great lectures and demos. I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Dr. Ann her lecture on wootz was very informative. Lee it was a pleasure seeing you at Ashokan and I really enjoyed our many discussions. Phil Tom it was a pleasure to see you at Ashokan and I enjoyed our conversations and the Chianti . I was extremely happy to find and buy back my first barong that got me started down the path of ethnographic arms collecting some 10 or more years ago Now I am counting the days to when we all meet again in Timonium. Below is the sword that launched a thousands bids

Regards,

Lew
