Persian shield for comment

Found this persian shield recently, I am totaly ignorant in this kind of weapons.
Weight is 3,5 kg. Any comment on a more precies origin than -persian-, and age is more than welcome.

Some more info about Austria-Hungary GASSER, nr. 235 looks close. nr. 231 is Gasser 'Montenegrin Model' Maybe it is made in Belgium, it is stil a Gasser :)

Hi Marcus,

The origin of the revolver is from the former Austria-Hungary realm at the end of the 19th century.
It is made by the company GASSER, model Montenegrin, so it is not made in Belgium....

African dagger for comment

Hi, Found this dagger, total lenght 38 cm, it doesn't look old but it would be nice to know where it's from. I like the handle, looks a bit unusual. Any comment is welcome.

Reed and cane, translating these gives me the same answer...

Hi Flavio, yours is a very nice one too, you are right about about the tip, the four exemples on mambele.be are also with a more rounded tip and shorter, mine is 71 cm.
