Another Axe head

A recent post made me think of this. Bought from an old collector, a guy named Bruce Axt, some time ago.

Length is 8.25", edge about 5".

Nothing on the provenance.

I was given this by a dealer in Virginia Beach, VA. USA. It was found, not surprisingly, on a beach locally.

It looked "older" to me. If artisans over there sell their goods to warriors and tourists then I don't see how a distinction can be made between the two. It is sorta like a Beretta 92 vs. an M9.
