Hi,
First one: amel-i Ahmed sahib Ibrahim Agha "swordmaker Ahmed, owner Ibrahim Agha" Ya Muhammed kıl şefaat ümmetindendir İbrahim "O Muhammed! Intercede on the day of Judgement on the behalf of İbrahim, who is one of your Ummah (community of believers)" second one: Maşaallah "What (wonders) God has willed." This is used to show admiration or wonder; also to avert the evil eye. Last edited by Zifir; 1st February 2008 at 08:59 PM. |

Thank you very much Zifir
I wonder who is Hasan and what is his relation to Ibrahim Agha. Could the yataghan be a present to a friend or relative? Or is a prayer for a deceased like christian RIP? |

Sorry, my mistake. It should have been Ibrahim. I don't know where did I get the other name. I should have been day dreaming.
