Hi all! I was wondering if I could get some comments on this dagger. OAL ~14" . I tried to pic up the patterning on the blade which could be wootz?
Also if anyone could help with the translation I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks a bunch! --Radleigh |

Agree with Valjhun. These daggers are mostly made in India and appear around the world in search of unsuspected tourists to whom it is marketed as old.

Thanks! I had my suspicions about it, and wanted them confirmed. Don't worry, I only paid a reproduction price for it, and it doesn't seem like a bad little dagger in that context.
