I would be grateful for advice on the type and age of this Borneo sword please. Single bevel. Copper wire binding. Wood hilt. Very sharp edge. 8mm thick spine at hilt.

Difficult thing to date ,my guess would be end of the 19th early 20th century, nice enough example.

The blade seems very nice. Try to clean and etch it.
