Bracelets from ?

Got this pieces today from a fleemarket. One is a maybe a bracelet, the two teeth are matching . The seller told me from naga, but my feeling is more to indonesia (nias ? )

I would guess Philippines or Indonesia. If Philippines, then they come from the Igorot tribes in the north. These are boar's tusks.
