Default Strange dagger for opinion

Indeed, a handle looks Turkish and the blade looks Indian (but strange).
What is it?

Hilt is an "albanian" jambiya type. Straight daggers with the same style of handle also existed in the Balkans, but they usually had a kindjal-like blade witha a full-tang construction and not rivetted as that example. A modern construct with old parts?
