Greetings all,
Here are some pics of some Russian troops in 1915, showing edged weapons being carried. The officer shown prominently is the brother of the Czar.

I hope that these are of some interest.

Nice pics, Brian. Yes, always of interest and a great find for future seekers of such. Interesting that many of the men pictured carry both the shashqa and qama on their persons! Double protection for these fierce fighters!
