Hello members,
I have already long this keris blade with this dilly pamor. The sarung is not original but better then no sarung. Blade without peksi 24,5 cm. Any comments? sajen |

Hello Erik,
most probably Madura. I've bought it in Surabaya some years ago. I have no idea how old this blade is. But I think when it will be a recent blade they will give also a real keris sarung. sajen |

This blade is not "my cup of tea" although of course I have never seen a curious blade like this before.
But the handle and sheath are very lovely, imho. |

I understand Willem, to each there own. For me i'd say it's right up my alley. I think this is a highly talismanic piece and for some reason i don't think it is a patrem in the sense of a keris for a woman. I think this was possibly used as a dukun's keris, but that is nothing i could prove, merely a hunch and pure conjecture.

Long sleek sturdy blade with rare pamors. Not easy to form such blade with multiple pamor. A very distingushed and old empuan.
