Default Ottoman ? dagger - translation request

Hi

Here are some images of an Ottoman or Caucasus ? dagger I have. The sheath covering and handle are of silver (needs cleaning).

Can someone kindly translate the Turkish ? inscription for me, please.

Comments and identification of the dagger would be welcome - area of origin, approximate age etc...

Length in sheath is around 27cm.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Colin
- Ottoman Bichaq for sure,
- area of origin could be from Balkan
- date early to mid 19 C
after a nice cleaning, will be an very attractive dagger

Hi Colin, sorry, to be useless
on a "ya",
- either the "cartouche" contain, Koranic sentence that we are able to translate, because obligatorily in Arabic language
- or, it's in Turkish language, sometimes, some words are common to both languages, as well as; sana (year) amal (made by) saheb (owner), but in your case ... should be entirely in Turkish
just be patient until our dear friend "Zifir" pass by, and give his point of view, he is the "master" in Turkish language

Dom

I prepared a pic, little bite more clear to help the transcription

Hi Colin
my friend "Zifir" told me ... it's not Turkish language
