Talking about barongs originating from southern Palawan (which as early as the time when Magellan landed in the Philippines (1521) up to now, are inhabited by Muslims),

Yes, a Moro strongpost. However, I think we shouldn't glance over the mountain tribes which have been present on Palawan, too.

a fellow Filipino and a member of this forum sold me earlier two southern Palawan Moro barongs (photos below).

The first one is of exceptional quality! Would you mind posting some close-ups - possibly in a separate thread? Thanks!
